My art and adoptables must be credited to me through my toyhou.se account.

My designs can be used for personal and commercial usage so long as I am credited.

Art commissioned from me can also be used commercially; however, art received via trade or gift CAN NOT be used commercially.

You are allowed to add the value of any art by me to the overall value of a design.

Any design created by myself can be resold or vouchered regardless of the method of obtainment.

Please only value my designs and art to their original purchase price OR the equivalent commission pricing. ( only if there was no monetary value associated originally )

For example: An adopt bought from an adopt set by me for $25 would still be $25, but a custom character I completed as part of a trade could be valued at $100.

You're free to add the value of your own art and/or commissioned art to a design created by me.

You are allowed to edit any designs created by me, but please keep it reasonably recognizable.

You may edit my original art. It is, however, required that the original art be uploaded alongside the edited art.

You are able to trade, gift, and resell any adoptable(s) created by me.

My art and adoptables cannot, under any circumstances, be used for NFTs.

Please do not trade or sell designs by myself to individuals on my blacklist.

I reserve the right to refuse business from anyone for any reason.

I will not conduct business with anyone under the age of 18.

I reserve the right to post my art (e.g. commissions) and / or adoptables publicly unless I am asked otherwise beforehand.

My art and adoptables are generally for personal use only. Commercial usage is on a case-by-case basis and I may charge a fee depending on the usage.

You are allowed to add the value of any commissioned art by myself to the value of a design.

Any person(s), who did not purchase one of my designs and instead received the design via trading or gifting is NOT allowed to resell or voucher. Contact me for any disputes.

The ONLY exception is if you have added to the design’s monetary value yourself. In which case the design would be valued the same amount as you’ve personally invested.

My art and adoptables cannot, under any circumstances, be used for NFTs.

I do not sell to accounts less than 6 months of age and / or to blank / empty accounts. The only exception to this rule is if you can supply a pre-existing account to prove your online presence.

I only accept USD through PayPal using an invoice. A valid e-mail and paypal address is required.

Other money sending services (such as cashapp, venmo, squarepay, or kofi) may be accepted, but must be discussed beforehand.

Payment is expected within 48 hours unless otherwise discussed.

If I do not receive the payment within 48 hours I will reopen the adoptable(s) to the public again and / or contact the next interested buyer.

I do not do holds unless the possibility is discussed with me beforehand.

You will receive a full-sized, unwatermarked image(s) of the adoptable(s) once payment is complete via private message (or e-mail if preferred).

You are allowed to edit the design, but please keep it reasonably recognizable. If you are unsure what this constitutes, then feel free to contact me.

You may edit my original art. It is, however, required that the original art of the design be uploaded alongside the edited art.

You are able to trade or gift any adoptable(s) created by me.

You may resell adoptable(s) by me as well but ONLY for the original purchase price unless there is commissioned art added to the design. If you have questions regarding the original value feel free to contact me.

You do not have the right to add-on rules or restrictions to any design created by me.

I do not and will not refund any adoptable(s) under any circumstances.

If I am charged back on PayPal, as in you retract your payment, then I reserve the right to reclaim the adoptable(s) and resell them. You will be blacklisted immediately, too.

If you back out of a purchase or retract offers (more than twice) then I reserve the right to refuse your business or even block you if I feel it is necessary. Repeat offenders will be blacklisted.

I will provide two WIPs to my commissioner(s): The first WIP will be during the sketching stage. The second WIP will be after I’ve applied basic colors.

I do not offer full refunds.

I do however offer partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. The amount refunded is dependent on the price of the commission and the amount of progress I have made. This will be discussed and agreed on with the commissioner(s).

If the commissioner(s) is unsatisfied with my work, then I am willing to offer a one-time full re-do of the commission. This is only applicable to regular commissions, not custom designs. Re-do’s will result in a longer wait time.

I do not allow my commissioned art to be edited.

You will receive a full-sized, unwatermarked image(s) of the finished art upon completion via private message (or e-mail if preferred).

Disregarded my TOS in favor of selling a design made by myself that they did not purchase in order to make a profit.

There are several accounts of this user obtaining characters either through trades or for free only to resell them later and they are known to purposely ignore artists’ TOS as they please.

Added by reason of association to Skullkin.

They are a known defender of Skullkin's dubious trading/selling practices and frequently sell/trade designs to Skullkin knowing full well she will violate the artist's TOS.

I dated them in the past (2011- early 2014) and have had them on my blacklist for years now.

During the time we knew each other they abused and mentally manipulated me. I have not interacted with them since we stopped talking, but I have testimonies from those Slimeyr has also abused proving that Slimeyr has been consistently exhibiting the same abusive and manipulative behavior from when I knew them. The testimonies range from 2011 to 2018 in terms of recentness.

They also formerly had a PSA written about them on twitter (which has since been deleted) but it detailed an account of sexual abuse they carried out against their partner at the time. (here is an archived version showing proof of the tweet.)

I'm largely uncomfortable dealing with them and / or people associated with them. Associating with them will probably result in an automatic block from myself and my wife.
